In his capacity as a mediator I would challenge his integrity as an impartial party to a dispute. In a recent  case of bullying in the workplace Walter Grills was present. He arrived with the management from the Meat Company and was clearly in a very familiar situation laughing and joking. The complainant was intimidated by the disrespectful attitude of all parties present. His lawyer actually verbally abused him  several times  telling him he was nothing but a low life f... scum bag freezing worker and what was he doing  coming to a meeting all dressed up.

Walter Grills phoned him at his home  a week later  offering to sort things out, and said he felt responsible as he failed to do his job. He asked for time to sort things out. No paperwork was presented during  or after the meeting and the complainant was given only a hand written letter which he was asked to sign from his lawyer under duress.

The reason Walter Grills asked for time to sort this matter was very obviously for himself to fraudulently doctor the paperwork.
